The Graduate School of Sciences and Engineering is running 38 programs (13 MS with Thesis, 13 MS without Thesis, 12 PhD).

The labs at Koç University are all state-of-the-art and our worldclass faculty is young in general and very active in research. The majority of our graduate students are supported either by Koç University or TÜBİTAK scholarships or through the projects led by our faculty. We also provide the students with free accommodation and computer facilities. We have introduced wide-reaching award systems to send our successful students abroad to conferences or to summer/winter schools.
